Alpha Blend is a short term trend following system using volatility and applied to a diversified group of instruments. The program is a short term trading system and profits during both up and down markets. To control risk, stops are used and no trades are allowed to be held overnight. The program tries to allow profits to run intraday, while adjusting trade risk continually. Alpha Blend uses a daily portfolio filter to select only certain trades across instruments .
